These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of FullStep ("FullStep," "we," "us," or "our") and the services available at fullstep.ai. By accessing or using FullStep, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
FullStep is an independent service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected to TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Meta, X (formerly Twitter), Pinterest, Facebook, or any other platform, company, or creator whose content may be analyzed. All product and company names are the property of their respective owners.
Guides generated by FullStep are educational and informational only. They are intended to help you understand and follow along with video content — they are not professional advice of any kind (legal, medical, financial, safety, or otherwise).
You are solely responsible for any actions you take based on a guide, including your safety and the safety of others. FullStep makes no warranty that a guide is accurate, complete, or appropriate for your situation. Always follow applicable laws, manufacturer instructions, and professional guidance when attempting any task.
FullStep independently infers steps using publicly available information, including video metadata and publicly accessible content. We do not:

Your notice must include: (a) identification of the copyrighted work; (b) identification of the allegedly infringing material on our service; (c) your contact information; (d) a statement of good faith belief that the use is unauthorized; (e) a statement that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner; and (f) your signature.
Billing. Paid plans are billed on the cadence shown at checkout (monthly or one-time). Payments are processed by Stripe on behalf of FullStep. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.
Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access through the end of the period you paid for.
Refunds. Monthly subscriptions are eligible for a refund within 7 days of the initial charge if you have not generated more than 5 guides. After that period, charges are non-refundable except where required by law.
Founder Lifetime plan. The Founder Lifetime plan is a one-time purchase and is non-refundable after 14 days from the date of purchase, except where required by applicable law.

FullStep is provided "as is" without any warranty, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any guide will be accurate or complete. Your use of FullStep is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FullStep and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including any harm resulting from following a generated guide.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Our principal place of business is in Key West, Florida.
Arbitration. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of FullStep that cannot be resolved informally will be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), conducted in Monroe County, Florida or remotely. You waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action. Claims that qualify for small claims court may be brought there instead.
To initiate a dispute, contact us first at legal@fullstep.ai. We'll try to resolve it within 30 days before either party initiates arbitration.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll post the updated Terms with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of FullStep after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
